    Adelaide has been so incredibly understanding, empathetic around my ADHD journey in order to create this workbook! It was my first time properly unmasking around her/them and having that first experience being so welcoming made me feel like I belonged somewhere as a neurodivergent person. The initial call was really opening, engaging and allowed me to freely vocalise my thoughts whether confused or not! In terms of something standing out, I'd be a cop out and say, it all did!
