About Me

I spent my entire life feeling less than my peers. All I ever heard was
you would be so smart if you just tried harderor why can’t you be more like [insert other person of similar age or younger]” and the one that always sticks with me why can’t you just communicate like a normal person”

I spent my life in a constant state of anxiety, wondering why I couldn’t do what other people seemed to do with ease.

Why I wasn’t able to communicate or concentrate like other people, wondering “whats wrong with me?”
I was then given the answer to all of my questions on April 7th 2022 when I was diagnosed with ADHD Combined Type and May 12th 2023 when I was diagnosed with ASD.

Although I was given the answers, I wasn’t given the tools I needed in order to thrive and live my best life.
I had to go and just figure it out. It has been hard. It has been lonely.
The thought of others going through this journey alone, and feeling lost just breaks my heart.

That’s why I decided to turn my lived experience into something creative and helpful. As an Independent Creative Professional, I create educational, digital, and artistic resources that blend humour, honesty, and relatability. My work explores wellbeing, neurodiversity, and personal growth through custom workbooks, digital content, art prints, merch, and more. My goal is to help people see they aren’t broken, to normalise the parts of ourselves we often shame, and to make self-connection and growth accessible.
